As our Journey around Malta continued both Miche and I were delighted how well our DJI Osmo Pocket and DJI Mavic Pro and Air handled the extreme tempratures and stood up to the heat. The forecast temprature on the day we visited WhiteRocks was 41 degrees, so we were careful to keep the spare batteries in the shade wherever possible and didn't push the drones power/throttle anything above half power to protect the batteries. The osmo pocket on the other hand, was constantly used for long periods thoughout our days in the extreme heat. We used a powerbank to extend the usage time of the pocket and it didn't blink once, not once. Testimony to the quality of the pocket, so clearly we are absolutely delighted with the pocket.
The following is a short video of an old British Army Garrison camp long since abandoned in 1979 when the last British troops departed Malta. The camp in adorned with spectacular Wall Art and a must see for visiting tourists. The area is now a unique conservation area for a wide variety of reptiles and endangered spiecies of plantlife.
Ensure you select HD for full effects.....hope you enjoy

Just got back in with it mate from three back-to-back flights this evening - love it!
I was hoping to get out today for a few batteries, but ended up watching the wind roll in, so grounded still. I can feel a warm climate calling me and I'm tempted.

Nice video!
Some beautiful art they have over there!
Thanks Monty, the whole area has some jaw dropping art on the walls and its an area I hope to revisit next year with a special ballet dancer..... a project we are working on
We were just talking about that Andy lol we were in the UK last week with the kids and grandson and it rained on us in the Donkey Sanctuary, the only person who didn't mind was my 3 year old grandson, he just ran around urging us all to keep up, we failed. Miche and I ended up soaked to the skin, much to the little fellas delight.

He was fascinated by grandads mavic pro seen it fly and he spent the rest of the day asking millions of questions. Can we go to the park grandad, ten minutes later grandad come on lets go to the park lol
