My guess, you mean the video, you tube?
In case you have a NON-chinese-Sim in your device, for mobile data usage, EVERYTHING is working.
But when you are on china wifi or on a china sim, the great wall is blocking FB,  google, ...., and all their other products.
Unless you vpn it.
Which is, kind of, illegal.
But mostly accepted, as long you are a visitor to china.

Tentoes, that probably explains why I’ve never seen one before - too still and broken-branch like.  Great looking birds, aren’t they?  Most of our other birds, except the magpie, are far too flighty to get anywhere near.
