Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. May I ask what happens prior to the said problem? Did you uninstall the application? Also, can you please try to sync all of your flight records on the DJI Go 4 app and try to uninstall and reinstall the application on your mobile device to see if the problem will still persist?
