Hi, I want to sell my Spark but i'm not sure what to do with the FAA regristration, care refresh, and anything else I might need to do?

Just sell it. Remove the registration marker, care fresh is not transferable (I don't believe).
Also remember to remove the SD card.  I sold my phantom 3 and this is all I did.

The registration, I'd inform them about that you are not owning that thing any longer!

We're hoping that you could get the best recommendation with regard to this query. For additional information, if the drone has an existing DJI Care refresh, kindly provide the agreement number to the new owner. Thank you for your support.

FAA registration is tacked onto you, not the drone... so you don’t have to do anything there except remove the number from the aircraft.

I would also do a bill of sale. signed buy you as seller and the buyer with the date of the sale and serial number of the drone. Two copies. One for you and one for the buyer. This way if the buyer does something stupid with it and they trace it to you in some way you have proof it was not you.

How much would a Spark with 11 hrs 37 minutes of flight time, 5 batteries, a four battery charger, car charger, a case, and a ton of miscellaneous accessories be worth?  I was going to ask $400?

How do you sell a spark? Well, I guess you'd need something it would want to buy.
