I have DJI 4 Pro+ and Sandisk Extreme Pro 64Gb card.
After recording, 5 video files missing in sd card, cash preview video files is OK, what is problem? please help

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask if you were able to locate the missing video files in the cache files? Did you check if the SD card has enough storage? May we know if this occurring every flight? Please save important files first and reformat the SD card to see if there will be change or try different SD card. For additional information, the recommended SD cards are listed below. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

Currently supported Micro SD cards are:
Sandisk Extreme 32GB UHS-3 V30 MicroSDHC;
Sandisk Extreme 64GB UHS-3 V30 MicroSDXC;
Panasonic 32GB UHS-3 MicroSDHC;
Panasonic 64GB UHS-3 MicroSDXC;
Samsung PRO 32GB UHS-1 MicroSDHC;
Samsung PRO 64GB UHS-3 MicroSDXC;
Samsung PRO 128GB UHS-3 MicroSDXC;
*It's not recommend to use the Patriot EPPRO 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-3.

Copy off any files you want to keep from the SD card, then using the aircraft settings in DJI Go, format the card.
