I haven't been able to login all day, keep getting the network error message in subject line. I can login to DJI.com with no problem though.
Anyone else having issues?

Tried 3 different computers (1 mac, 2 windows), 3 separate networks, 3 countries in Nord VPN. Still locked.
Please help us DJI

I just successfully logged into DJI assistant 2 for Mavic but DJI assistant 2 still cannot let me in.  The very same computer, the very same data. The gear that supposed to be used on a job is useless. It is a huge disappointment  and a terrible lack of professionalism from DJI side

sorry, I dont understand.

This is my 1st time trying to get my new  (to me) mavic pro to talk to my puter using dji asst. 2. When trying to logon I got this network error. I thought maybe a password prob on my part, so I went through resetting it. Same prob afterward.

Thats when I did a search, and found this thread. So...yeah, I still cannot logon.

So.....the problem is on our side (the user), until DJI figures it out.

btw..... this thing is a blast!

The only time DJI seems to respond is when someone posts a flight video and then they coo over it.
Maybe one of us should post a flight video and trick them with asking them why the DJI Assistant 2 isn't allowing logins

It's so frustrating. I just received a new Inspire 2 from the DJI Care Refresh. They "forgot" to activate my CinemaDNG+ProRes license. So, I'm totally stuck. I called them many times, and each time I was telling them that there is a problem with login in, they would tell me that this is my network problem. So unprofessional. I already lost a few jobs because of that.

I completely get you man, I also have plans that did not include being not able to activate the googles.  
I tried to login once again but no luck. Tried also different machines and it did not help, seems like assistant 2 does not work for anyone at the moment (few collegues tried it as well)

Front-end log:

Crash log:
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\DJI Assistant 2\xxx  (xxx means the product)

Mac log:
Backend log:
step 1: Click "Finder",then press "SHIFT+COMMAND+G"
step 2: enter "~/Library/Application Support/
step 3: find "DJI Assistant 2/xxx/log", then zip the log folder to us.(xxx means the product)

Front-end log:
1. Application - > Right click the  DJI Assistant 2 software - > Display Package Contents
2. Select the Contents - > DJIApp - > ui_ass2.log

Thanks! Yes! It's progress! I can log in, but cannot access the  DJI FPV goggles (for racing drone) using the newest assistant (1.25)

I've managed to access the googles using another software (2.0 for FPV series) but - there I cannot check the firmware because of error 3-3


I want to be sure that being in US I will be able to unlock 700 mw (I'm locked on 25mw which makes this product just trash)

Ok, managed to set 700 mw. Anyway, problem with errors still exists but is not urgent for me
Signal range on 25mw is just terrible, cannot wait to test results on 700!
