Any chance one can run the Robomaster App on a Raspberry Pi?

Very unlikely.
It seems to be built on Unity, which has some hefty minimum requirements in terms of hardware (even thought it IS supported on Linux).

However, if the API between the app and the robot was open, it might be possible to build a lightweight app that runs on Raspberry Pi.

It's somewhat strange that DJI decided to build the RoboMaster S1 UI on a tool which is fundamentally meant for game development.
