Dear forum,

I want to share this video showing the contrast between day and night in this skyline. This flight was made before updating the firmware. As result, some parts of the footage are looking a bit shacky.



Please let me know in the comments if you want the same video after the firmware update

What a wonderful video.  I was going to stop it but was really mesmerized by the day/night change over and how well you tracked each video in the transitions.  How many hours did you film?  And getting the synchronizing down so well must have taken a lot of editing effort.

Thank you very much. I am glad you decided to keep watching it. And the flight itself is kind of short. But planning the flight is a different story: Checking the place in google maps, setting the spots on it and so on. I would say it took me about four hours between surveying in air, then monitoring the autonomous flight with plenty of light, and finally running the mission at night but checking before the weather conditions. The editing part took me four sessions of about 90 minutes of video rendering, watching the result and fixing the parts I found necessary to change.
