An autobiographical retelling of the summers of my youth, the angst of early adulthood and the joy of reconnecting to a nearly forgotten past. Originally drafted for SkyPixel's Short Film Contest but the resulting project ran over the time limit for entries. I went back and trimmed away my timeline, but the resulting video felt incomplete. So, I decided to forget about the contest and share the project as I originally crafted it.
The film was shot using Panasonic's LUMIX GH5, a Ronin SC, along with a Mavic 2 Pro. This is my first proiject to include any footage captured by non-drone means. There are some stabilization issues in a few scenes - I had yet to figure out the precise settings for the GH5 when using a Ronin (something I've since remedied).
