Osmo Mobile 3 burning smell

I purchased an O3 a couple of weeks ago and it developed a "burning" smell whiled powered off and in it's case.  The trigger button also was intermittant.  I exchanged it for another one and now this one has the same smell (new).  Smells like a burnt servo motor.  Anybody else have this?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask where did you purchase this unit? Would it be possible if you could verify to us if the unit was replaced under DJI? Are you getting any error message on the application? Does this problem occur while charging or by simply using it? Have you tried to check the Osmo Mobile's motor if it's emitting extremely heat? Both units were purchased at an Apple store (Philly and NYC 5th Ave.).  No error messages on the Mimo app nor excessive heat that I can tell.  Smell occurs during both using and charging, pretty much all the time.
