Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to ask where did you purchase this unit? Would it be possible if you could verify to us if the unit was replaced under DJI? Are you getting any error message on the application? Does this problem occur while charging or by simply using it? Have you tried to check the Osmo Mobile's motor if it's emitting extremely heat?
