Hi, thank you for bringing this query for us and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you receive the error message on the DJI GO App? Also, can you please provide us a screenshot showing the message for us to further isolate the issue? You may try to sync all of your flight records on DJI GO app and try to uninstall and reinstall the application to see if the issue will still persist. Please keep us posted.
