Hi there,

First DJI Ronin SC, first thread

My brand new DJI RoninSC goes automatically on Motor Pause  after a short time of use. I hear 2 bips and it goes on Motor pause no matter what...

I have tried 2 differents lenses, both compatible according to DJI chart, always checked carefully my balance (my balance set is "excellent" according to the app), but it keeps on doing it...

Anyone could point out what I am doing wrong please? Thanks!

Gear:

• Body Sony A7rIII
• Lens Sony 85 mm 1.4 GM
• Lens Voigtländer 15mm 4.5
• Ronin Firmware : 1.2.0.10
  

Anyone with a beginning of an answer out there maybe? Any DJI wizards ?

I have the same problem! That's very frustrating! Have u already solve this problem?

Not really no. After an update it was doing better but it has done it again.. And my post is getting old and no one has never proposed or suggested anything! Very disappointing... If you find a fix I'm all for it!!

I can’t share link here. But type in   Ronin-SC  basic operation  in YouTube. That helped me
Make sure it’s from DJI Tutorials

I have the same issue. Fresh out of the box worked fine for a few hors then I got an orange warning triangle and Motor Pause.
