Osmo mobile 3 joystick came off

Regular use, kept in my bag. Couldn't find the button.

Anyone had similar experience?

Do you think its broken or is the joy stick push fit.

In addition we have a professional team who would do their best to fix the said issue and find out the reason of the issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. It's a push Fit. I just lost the knob.

Update- I have visited the DJI store and the support team help me find a new knob and asked me to be careful.
Well, this is part of the PQA [Product quality assurance]. which generally DJI is good at.

Hope this is not happening to others

Great customer service.  If you know someone with a 3d printer perhaps he can make you some spares.

Looks like you dropped it or the bottom of the gimbal arm hit something hard. Yes be careful.

I've been dealing with customer service over the same issue for over a week, and they still haven't offered a solution.  How hard is it to send me a replacement joystick?  

Just contacted them myself. Hoping for a replacement. Seems to be a common issue.

I have the same problem, but here in my country we dont have a DJI Store official, how i can find this button???

Just lost ours today.  I don't see on the DJI website where to order this particular part.  We have an Osmo Mobile 3.  Is the part called a joystick button?  Or maybe a knob?  Neither of those is listed at the component price inquiry for the Osmo Mobile 3.
