One thing I hate to reduce quality of the images updated here. Can you obtain more space for updated files and for optimum performance a resize for display of phones/PC

I would say 2MB is enough for a FHD display.
I set the images vertical resolution about 1024 and horizontal depending on the aspect ration.
I only have to play a little with the compression, but anywhere between 95 - 100% does the job.
You don't need higher resolutions on this forum (since a lot of space is lost with the left and right bar.
