Just received a new Mavic Pro battery from Crutchfield and need some help.  LED 1 blinks continuously and the battery will not charge.   It was manufactured 2-2019, didn't have the turn on  turn off sticker over the power button and has 0 charges but has a 15% charge.    Interesting that a 7 month old battery that has never been charged has any charge at all.  Any way to check if the charge couter was reset?  Any advice before I call the seller?    Thanks
