Can anyone help please,

My 5.5 inch Crystal Sky is extremely slow to acquire a satellite (GPS) fix. When and if it does get a GPS fix, the device position is extremely slow to update on the map as the device moves. As a result I cannot use Follow Me mode.
I have GO4 ver. 4.3.16.
Also when will 4.3.24 be available please? Will the update fix the above problem?

Yes, that too. Litchi works well though for Follow Me. It has to be the GO4 app that is the problem.
