Dear All,

I was bought new DJI OSMO Mobile 3 in OSAKA during my business trip on 20th Sep.
However, when I was arrived to my country in INN and try to use it even many times of balancing the phone it won't work.
The concern is when phone is balance then push start button then gimbal is moving but the phone was not stand by position on vertical.
I am very frustrating since in Indonesia service center recommendations is not be able to reach.

Does any one in here has same issue as me?
Then what is the solutions?

Please let me know your advice how to solve my OSMO Mobile 3 concern.

Actually, I was done to update the firmware etc.
But, it won't work.

Please make sure the DJI logo on the phone holder is facing forward, when balancing, please hold the tilt axis motor and adjust the position to make sure the phone is not failing to one side.Was the Osmo Mobile 3 activated? May I have the serial number of your device?
