Recently i have pluged my two batteries and plus remote to charger, one of the battery and plus remote does not charged. One LED blinks few second and disappear. This process is repeating again and again. Other one is working fine. But I could not charge the plus remote more than 86 percent.  Please help on this. Thank you in advance.
