yeah but water could go inside, when you fly faster the air goes behind the gimbal and cools the aircraft
It's like when you RC boat, if you go fast then stop the cooling system cannot work. The idea is to keep going so the water goes through the port, through the loop, and to the exit port.
Well I don’t fly in the wet, so not worried about water.
I understand how the cooling should work, but haven’t you noticed how hot it gets? It’s certainly much cooler now....I just can’t tell how much as I don’t have the equipment to test.
I also do a mix of sport flying, but more often I'm doing slow flying for videos or hovering to get pano's and photos. So I don't have the rush of air through the front
Been flying like this for about a year now..no issues.
