Hi, all.

Forgive a newbie post, but I hope someone can point me in the right direction.  I have a Ronin S and I received the e-mail about new firmware so went to upgrade. When I connect the device to my Windows 10 PC, I get a message saying 'USB Device not recognised', and so the DJI Pro Assistant can't connect to it.


What do I need to do to make Windows recognise my Ronin-S, please?

Hi Steve, DJI Pro Assistant for Ronin should be compatible with Windows 10, please re-install the software to see if it helps or change another cable. If the issue persists, please try with another computer.

Neither of the above work. Please advise.
