I have so many batteries all over the place but I trust they don't "explode" like we trust people don't cross the double yellow into us at highway speeds. You will go crazy from paranoia.

Yea the nightmare of lipols, blow up if charging, blow up if not charging. In the dji manual on batt care it does say not to leave unattended whilst charging and not to leave on charge once charged. They are accidents waiting to happen. Something perhaps dji could improve on even though I find their system very good.

When I had my flying wing, crashed a few times of course but the battery was so beat up.  Still kept it exposed and kept flying it but it was an expensive quality battery so I think if it's expensive enough it wouldn't explode.  I did have one of them explode while I was flying though but I was flying hard, racer quad.
