Hello, i'm facing issue with the ronin-sc using my A7III, still image and hyperlaps not working the shutter is not working only i can record video!
i have the lates firmware using the original cable type C to type C

forget to tell you everything is working fine with my sony A6000

i tried the multi USB to Sony which is the USB-C to USB the one i used with Sony A6000 it worked fine with the A7III as well but not not the USB-C to USB-C !! is this normal ?

Hi bikoo, with Multi-Camera Control Cable (Type-C) connected, Capture photo is not supported, please check the compatibility list below. This is the limitation of Sony, appreciate your understanding.

Thanks Mindy , i'm using the usb-c to normal usb cable and its working fine with my A7III
