I recently purchased the Smart Controller to go with my MAVIC 2 Zoom.  However, despite following all instructions to the letter (clicking on Go Share on both units and scanning the QR) I have been unable to get the Smart Controller to pair with my iPhone X to enable the Go Share function.  I have also tried to pair the controller with an iPhone 8 (work phone) and also an iPad Pro but am unable to get the controller to function in Go Share mode.  Has anyone any trips to help me resolve this p[roble.  Many thanks.

It's distressing that DJI hasn't offered a response in over two weeks from this post.  Have you tried calling their tech. support?  I'm somewhat perplexed that the Smart Controller is Android based, since they have been more iOS (like Go Pro) app driven to this point.  

Hi, we're sorry for the late response about this problem. If the  mobile device can't be connected via scanning the QR code, we would recommend connecting the device via wi-fi of the Smart controller.  You could also check the password of the GO share by checking the Set Go Share_Hotspot. Please refer to the screenshots below. Kindly keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for your support.

redered a MAVIUC Mini to take to Brazil for work.  The DJI site the Mavic Mini is now delivery 6-9 days which will likely be after I have travelled.  Had I me on DJI my Company has purchased four drones from you, when you give a delivery date at ordering ENSURE you meet that advice!

You need to change the WiFi  settings in the go share on the smart controller from 5ghz to 2.4ghz.
Follow the photos and don’t forget to press save. Then try again.
Once the smart controller has successfully connected to the go4 app, the go4 app remembers the connection and shows an icon of your smart controller

I have a Samsung S21 Ultra and it shows paired on the smart controller and the phone. Moreover, when I go share on both devices i get smart controller showing up on my phone  top left and connect button to the right, however, when tap connect it says wi fi disconnect . I  have tried every method to no avail. I can however transfer via blue tooth to blue tooth one picture at a time
