I recently bought the Osmo mobile 3.
The gimbal shakes quite a lot during shooting. I balanced the phone properly. The actual range of pan and tilt is reduced in my opinion. I can only tilt between -30 to +45, panning -120 to +120. Is that normal? When panning it does not run smoothly and stop randomly despite holding the joystick continuously. Please suggest what to do. Thanks

I have just seen a youtube video and I noted that Osmo Mobile 3 is not able to tilt like Osmo mobile 2. I think my gimble might have some mechanical problem with the rotating motor. It did not rotate smoothly. It sometimes did not rotate fully and just vibrate.

Now yellow notification appeared. Phone unbalanced. Adjust phone until centre of gravity is as close to the centre of the phone holder as possible

Hi, thank you for the information provided. I already manage to review the video, just to clarify if you already perform the gimbal calibration to see if the problem persists? If still experiencing the same issue after the calibration, I will highly recommend sending the unit into our repair facility for further evaluation. You may refer to the link below.
