I'm concidering buying a a osmo mobile on the used market. The gen1 appear to go pretty cheap on auction sites and my question is if the the gen1 is compatible with newer phones? My current phone is a Samsung s9.

It would also be interesting to know if there are any major arguments against getting the gen1 osmo mobile (apart from if it isn't compatible with the S9).

In addition I would recommend you to use a recommended mobile device for your DJI Osmo Mobile for compatibility and reliability purposes.
