Can you please try to reconnect your DJI Osmo Action to your mobile device then restart the Mimo application then try to check if there would be an update prompt. Also, if there is no prompt on the app, you may try to download the firmware directly to our website using the link below and place it on your SD card then try to update the DJI Osmo Action to see if the problem still persists. Hi,
Connected the Osmo Mobile to MIMO app I dont get any prompt for upgrading the firmware.
I have also downloaded the firmware and copied in the root of my SD card, even do a factory reset but I dont have any prompt to update the firmware not any of the new features including hyperlapse.
I just bought it a week ago, is there any other way to reflash the firmware or do I need to ask for a refund for this cam?
