Firmware 01.06.00.20 (6460) - With no Hyperlapse? Help please.

Alright so just bought about a week ago my Osmo action, so when I turned it on it said that needed to activate and upgrade the firmware.
It failed halfway throught, I tried again as soon as I reached home and it supposedly completed.

After the upgrade I was looking for the Hyperlapse feature and there is no where to be found. Out of curiosity I tried searching for the "Arabic" language as supposedly was included in the upgrade, well nothing.

So is there a way that can "Force" to reaply the firmware upgrade or should I just return it?

I have downloaded and copied to the root of the SD the file Firmware 01.06.00.20  and just nothing happens.

Ive search everywhere for the hyperlapse option and only have video, hd video, photo and timelapse without hyperlapse.

Any help would be awesome! else will need to return this :/

I opened the SD card and saw a new file created with this text:

If you go to the About section, what firmware version does it show on the device?  To get to the About section, drag from the top of the screen, choose the little gear looking thing on the top right, and then scroll all the way to the bottom to find the About page.
Mine says: 01.06.00.20(6984)

Can you please try to reconnect your DJI Osmo Action to your mobile device then restart the Mimo application then try to check if there would be an update prompt. Also, if there is no prompt on the app, you may try to download the firmware directly to our website using the link below and place it on your SD card then try to update the DJI Osmo Action to see if the problem still persists. Hi,

Connected the Osmo Mobile to MIMO app I dont get any prompt for upgrading the firmware.
I have also downloaded the firmware and copied in the root of my SD card, even do a factory reset but I dont have any prompt to update the firmware not any of the new features including hyperlapse.

I just bought it a week ago, is there any other way to reflash the firmware or do I need to ask for a refund for this cam?
