DJI SC wont connect to the app that i downloaded form app on iphone xs. I says not connected and keeps flashing. I looked and many tutorials and also looked at similar cases. even tried airplane mode etc .. still doesnt work. Is it a hardware problem or software problem? must I have this device looked at?

Try

-switch everything off
-switch sc on
-wait 20s
-switch on iPhone's bluetooth and connect to it
-wait 20s
-open Ronin app and connect


If the last step doesn't work, try shutting down the app, wait awhile, and try again.

I have got the same issue. No connection between app and DJI Ronin SC. Ronin SC is shaking with Sony Alpha 7III and 16-35mm,f4, on it.
3 weeks ago everything went fine. Maybe the last firmware update is the problem.

Didn´t solve my problem.

The thing that always work for me nowadays is:

- Switch on the bluetooth on the iphone, but don't connect to the Ronin.
- Open the app, it should automatically connect.
