I emailed my dealer (Droneland) and DJI support in EU as soon as i unpacked (15 days ago)..i got no answer from both for 10 days.
Then i contacted you with video of my issue...thankfully i got feedback from you and you adviced me to contact dealer again for replacement. Droneland finally respond to my emails, but still no progress with my issue (im waiting for them to investigate further!)...and i got two projects delayed because i cant use my gimbal with faulty handlebars..
I used it with my 5d mark 2 and 50mm lens or 24-105mm,it worked very well...but now the tilt motor dont work .. i try every setting, default ect... the motor is faulty, i have send it to my dealer...
So now i 'm waiting, can't work..
