Hi Dear, My Old Phantom 2 Go Pro drone have issue with H3-3D gimbal. Gimbal is not working, 12 volts on 8 pin cable (interface board)is not normal, Only 0.2 volt is present at that point. Some body help me. Regards,

If you are happy taking things apart I would do so and check all of the connections.  
Have you recently dropped or had a hard landing ?

If you are not too competent then I would take your drone to a local RC model shop or club for advice/repair.

Anything you have access to externally I would recheck connections and ensure then are all clean & fully home/plugged in etc.
