Yes, I already have Dji drones, and I use my awesome Mavic 2 Pro all the time. So I don't need this ... but I simply had to order it! So small! I don't need it ... but I need it ;)

Yea not bad but no 4k and would I buy it, maybe as a starter drone but that would leave me wanting more and I would still have to buy a m2p so it would have cost more. Also as soon as you attach the prop guards it will be more than 250 grams and no quick fit props. I like the snap connected idea though and the decal. Using a different app seems wastefull when they have not fixed this one yet.

NO front or back avoidance sensors is a deal breaker!

It's always been that way for distance as i remember. Depends on where you are at and not 2 different drones.

Really tempted, cute drone and a fair price.

My only concern, its small, with my aging eyes I have difficulty seeing my Mavic Pro and fly mostly with the DIJ Google RE, with this not sure I could keep an eye on it.

before the authorities in Russia introduced hard and very unpleasant restrictions on everything flying,
which is heavier than 250 grams, as DJI showed us a very worthy device weighing 249 grams!

I don’t know if this is connected with Russian punitive measures.
If so, my next respect is DJI. Only the camera was very disappointing.
A small device is not a reason to degrade the camera.
Now I would be ready to abandon my Mavik Pro 2017 and replace it with a Mavik mini.
I’m even ready to pay the same amount for this as I paid for my Mavik Pro.
But I'm not ready to abandon the 4K Mavik Pro camera.

We are waiting for Mavik mini S (4K)  !!!

According to the YouTube reviewer WetalkUAV, the mini doesn't offer manual mode in video.  However, it does have it for photos.  Would DJI add it later?  Not sure but it would be nice.

Waiting to watch some real reviews. Especially interested to see how it can stand against quite strong wind (that was I think one of the problem for Spark)

Looking at the specs

    Max Wind Speed Resistance    8 m/s (Scale 4)    ( or 28.8 km/h , 15.5508 knots,  17.8955 mph )

The Spark can withstand wind speeds between 13‑18 mph (20‑28 kph) -

so it looks the same ...

Think I'll add one to the fleet. Why not.

It uses a different APPs in the app store. DJI FLY? But I can't find it in the app store? Do I miss anything?

I also have another question, the flight miles that accumulated for the LV level in the DJI FLY apply to my account? For example, DJI GO and DJI GO 4 they share the same account. So the LV levels can add for each other.

I'd like to see a review opportunity in which we get a trial with this thing. The price tag is reasonable but "fly before you buy" has a great ring to it. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these! Looks so awesome, especially in that glowing case.

After watching some reviews it seems like the safe flying time is more like 20 minutes...

1. DJI is selling it as a friendly drone for beginners - for experienced Pilots and Photogs to lament what it doesn't have seems silly. For this price and these features you get what you pay for.....if you want more and know what to do with it, this isn't the drone for you.

2. Does anyone know if this will be "less friendly" as far as no fly (small airports, miles from larger ones) than my Spark is? I haven't delved deeply into these things but my Spark lets me fly fairly close to a Class D airport nearby...with, at the most, making me say I am responsible.
I see the possible advantage over my Spark as being range - and flight time. Other than that....not much.

Not so necessary. Obstacle avoidance sensors make people depend on them way too much. I really prefer smaller and "more basic" drones like these
