Hello, there seems to be a problem with the DJI go app, because at this place I should be able to fly normally have to unlock with a code and the problem is that on a crystal sky there is no internet and I can not have the code. I read on different forum that it is a recurring problem, could you arrange it as soon as possible please. Could you tell me how to send the cellular signal with a samsung S9 to my Crystal sky screen. Thank you I enclose a photo of the error

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience that it may cause. I would recommend set up and opening the tether hotspot of your mobile device and connect your crystal sky via wi-fi for you to access the internet connection. However, you have to have a data connection or internet access on your mobile device to share it with  your crystal sky. Thank you for your support!
