Hi everyone, just got this email and was wondering is it real or a fake email???  Someone on facebook said it was fake...

It seems fake.   Asking for name.  DJI would have those details already.    But.. wait for a Moderator to let us all know...  Possibly let everyone know if they are Fake..

Have a look at the email headers. That should easily reveal if its a fake or genuine.

I'm not sure if it is real / fake. But usually a link will tell you all.
If there is a link of course.
Just hover your mouse over it and look where it goes.

Unfortunately this is not the case.
You (as a sender) can mask your 'from' email address easily.
Or even make it something different.

I have seen spam mails that were not recognizable via email.
But they were sure not send by the bank they claimed to be.
So clearly they have found a way to disguise that somehow.

Very surprise, that its real

It’s probably in DJI’s favour that my account on here is linked to a defunct email address for if they sent a survey to me they probably wouldn’t like some of my responses. They maybe the leaders in drone sales but their products have the lowest usable life expectancy by their own design.

hehe I'm a poor survey taker. There was one about why I bought an Osmo Action. It asked lots of questions, then said, "List the 3 youtube channels that influenced your decision." Couldn't think of any. 3 answers required, so I put How; Should: I Know. The next question was even harder. so I said, "Forget this nonsense."
