Ok, it's been a few months since I have had time to fly, but this morning was cold out, but beautiful.  I normall take 5 shot AEB photos and then merge them in Photoshop using the Automate, Merge to HDR Pro feature...  When I started my editing, I noticed the AEB's didn't look all that good.  So then I went back and just opened up just the DNG that was my starting point, where the EV was at 0.  The typical way I would setup an AEB shot.  And wow!  What a difference between the two.  Am I just editting my AEB's wrong?  Here is what I came up with between doing the HDR Pro and just a single DNG......  And yes, they are cropped a little different...

Nice shots.

I would look at merging both those images using a mask in photoshop to show the trees and mountain from the middle show and the sky colours from the first shot.
