Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my Goggles. I bought them a couple of months ago and haven't properly used them yet, but when I went to turn them on today they just didnt respond at all.

I have charged the unit up until the green light no longer shows
I have checked the connection on the headband

But there is still nothing coming from the unit at all when I try to turn it on.

Any ideas?

I should probably also note that I have been able to charge the goggles and have paired them with my drone, this isn't the first time I have tried to use the goggles.

Hi Racepilot, I am sorry to know that you are having power issues with the DJI Goggles. With regard to the power issue, when you are pressing the power button on the DJI Goggles are you seeing the battery level indicator lighting up? Would it be possible if you could provide us a video showing the problem for further assistance. In addition, to ensure that we are using the proper steps to turn on the DJI Googles please refer to the posted image below. Thank you.

New goggles worked two times and now will not turn on. Flashing green light nothing else. Help
