Just had the same thing happen. I contacted support and the problem was, my URL was set to the wrong country. Once I changed it to the Canadian site, my order came up.
Thanks for your feedback, you are correct, when you switch to another country, the orders you placed with the previous country will not be displayed under My Orders, this has been forwarded to the appropriate team to optimize, thanks again for your support. |
