I'm having a "problem" with my Ronin M.

For a video we want to film in a circle (with in the center a person) on a dolly with the Ronin M attached on it.
Everything works fine except the Ronin M continuous makes his own movement.
Normaly very nice but in case of this setup we want that the Ronin M points on 1 point (the person in the middle) without correcting the shot by some movements.


Does anyone know how we can setup the Ronin M that it points on 1 point without any further movement?
