Anyone else finding Mimo less than intuitive when using it with Osmo Mobile 3 ?

I've spent considerable time in online chats and emails with DJI support and find their attitude and knowledge appalling. They tell me there is no user manual for Mimo and have failed miserably in answering some basic questions about the app. e.g. how to use the yellow square in the middle of the screen, can white balance, ISO and exposure be locked etc.

I have been unable to find any in-depth videos on using Mimo specifically with the Osmo 3.

Any help will be gratefully received.
