Hello. I have been reading lots of threads about firmware updates failing.  I have a P4P and attempted to upgrade to the latest firmware version last night. The update downloaded successfully, but would not update. I have tried reverting back to previous firmware versions to no avail.  It indicates my version is all zeros. I can fly the drone, but I now have a "no signal transmission" error and no image from the camera. I have no idea what to do except to send it off for repair.  I have tried calibrating the gimbal and it gets to 50% and stops. I have not opened the drone up yet and I am hesitant to do so.  Maybe a ribbon cable is loose? Still doesn't explain the inability to upgrade the firmware.  I have done the following:

1. I've used Android and Mac to upload/update
2. I pulled the Sd card.
3. I've attempted the update a dozen times.
4. I've tried all the above with different batteries.
5. I tried using the DJI Assistant.

Can anyone suggest what I might try?

Hi V8chpr, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties. May we know which step are you stuck at when updating the firmware via DJI Assistant2? Is there any error prompts?
Please try to download the DJI Assistant2 from DJI official web: https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro/info#downloads and follow the tutorial video below to do the update again.

If the issue persists, you may start an online repair request on our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav

Every time I attempt to load the latest firmware, the download is successful but it will stall at 5% of the uploading process and then trigger a failed message.  As noted, I have tried on several different devices. I have tried to revert back to the factory defaults. I have also tried to revert back to an earlier firmware.

The no transmission signal did not appear this morning, but the camera is not working or at least transmitting any images.

Any help is appreciated.
