Today, new update in the app store. [4.3.28] Very brief information. "Improves app stability"  Has anyone tried? Any more information?

Using iPhone 11 just bought a Mavic Air tonight and the app will not stay running.  Constantly crashes cannot fly the device.

I updated and have flown with no issues with IOS 13.2

Tried again this morning and when I connect to the remote app will load and stay running but as soon as I turn on and connect the Drone the app will close.    The Drone downloaded the latest firmware and installed via computer so I wonder if I should  try to reinstall that.  

New Mavic Air delivered yesterday, ios app crashes every time I try to get past safety test or do an update, won't let me get past these steps. My first ever DJI product is a brick until this gets fixed. Any update? Super disappointed in what should have been an exciting unboxing and first flight.

Iphone XS Max.  I've reinstalled the app completely, rebooted phone, updated the drone and remote via my computer. 2 hours of troubleshooting so far with no solution.

Load the test and disconnect the phone from the remote and it will stay on long enough to get past it.   As soon as the Air connects and starts to show video the app crashes.

I dug out my old Iphone 6 not on IOS 13 and it still does it so it's either the app or the firmware update.

Same issue here. Brand new Mavic Air with actual firmware, Iphone XS with IOS 13.2, App crashes immediately after established connection.

iPhone 6s with iOS 13.2.2 no problems

So I just heard back from DJI support and was told the following.

Currently, the iPhone 11 Pro Max is still not on the list. For now, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if the issue persists.

So I just heard back from DJI support and was told the following.

Wait, so my XS Max isn't supported either? Or does the X mean all X-series? Very strange.

I plan on boxing everything back up and taking it back to the store.  Spent a lot of money on this for it not to work and who knows how long it will take for it to update to be compatible with my phone.

I finally got it to fly.  Once it took off the app didn’t crash but when it landed the app crashes

I don't get it.  You have the same phone as the one I tried.   I am on the latest version of their app, all devices updated.

I tested on iphone Xr iOS13.2.2. Works correctly. The app does not crash.
