I first noticed this after my 2nd day of flying a couple months back, and it's been intermittent, mostly not an issue but then happens again randomly. It possibly depends on the original orientation of the gimbal on power-up? The drone *did* tangle with a tree at low speed and low altitude and fell (from about 8' AGL above soft ground) during one flight before I first saw this gimbal problem happen, but it seemed fine immediately afterwards and there was no visible damage upon inspection other than a cracked prop. That's the only time there has been any kind of incident, other than forgetting to take the gimbal cover off a couple of times upon power-up before I attached a ribbon to the cover (which obviously gives the gimbal error as well), but it's for a different reason. I will try to post a video of this happening, although it's really not predictable. |
