I have requested my drone be mailed back to me from the repair center 5 days ago but have not gotten any response. I have two open case numbers for this drone and have contacted both reprsentatives with request for return 5 days ago, but have not gotten any response. I looked up the case status and both are "Undefined". Any idea when my drone will be shipped back to me.


CAS 3584100 Q7V5Z2 (the number I got from the phone line which I attached to drone when I sent it in for inspection)
CAS-3689754-Q0V0F1 (the number given to me through email the day after I got the one from the phone line)

Hi GMyoda, CAS-3689754-Q0V0F1 was duplicate and it has been canceled in October, the drone was sent back via CAS-3584100-Q7V5Z2, this is the correct one. We will inform the team to return the drone as soon as possible, sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
