So impatient to get it, I am thinking to cancel my order because BestBuy Online have the Fly More in stock and delivery is estimated on Nov, 21.

I bought the fly more combo from Best buy on the 18th. They had quite a few in stock

I got mine from my local Microcenter (a popular electronics store known for their deals in the US) and I think they have stock in most of their stores.  If you do live in the US, I highly suggest going to one if it is close.  Fly More Combos are a little short, but they have good stock in the regular package.

Ordered mine first day available at 9:00 pm, ( Oct. 30th) . It was shipped this Monday Nov. 19 by Fedex.
Received it this morning Nov. 21 to Gainesville, Florida. They appear to have streamlined shipping problem.  3 days . I am happy camper.

That's pretty good.  I ordered on 11/16/2019 so am hoping for them to beat their 20-25 business day "promise."  It seems to me that DJI makes the most profit if customers buy from their website rather than through Retail outlets like Best Buy.  Ordering direct shows a loyalty by buyers to DJI and, in my opinion, should be given top priority (ship the next day).  This long wait really will discourage many customers from ordering anything directly from DJI in the future.

Customer service reporting on 11-24-19 that order will ship on 12-09-19 with a 3-5 transit period.

I think it's ridiculous that a person can pre-order from the DJI web site direct and end up waiting longer that someone who never gave a drone a second though and just happened to be in Best Buy and said oh, I think I'd like one of those.

I ordered on 11/01 and mine is still processing as well. I've talked with customer service several times and they all say the same thing. Estimated 12/06 ship date. That is outside the 20-25 day window. I ordered the charge base on the 14th and it's on the way already. I'll be able to have a nice display case with nothing to put in it at this point, ROFL!!!! Crazy!!

You're taking this a lot better than i could have ever could. I posted in the charging base thread that mine is on the way to me so i wonder who will get theirs first like we typed about last week? lol

I totally agree.  Hopefully you get yours soon JodyB.  Looks like the stock at Apple is mid December now.  Best Buy is sketchy right now.  Scalpers are collecting them for extra cash for the holidays.  I wouldn't pay crazy prices though.

Bob, DJI was slow at the draw with mine. Didn't get it to Fedex in time so it missed it's flight out of China. Expected delivery date changed from this Wednesday to December 2......

If I had a choice, I'd cancel my order and find it somewhere else. Heck, if I could afford it, I'd go with a mavic air or one of the mavic 2's. Too close to Christmas for gifts for myself, LOL!!

I suppose you can only continue to press them, it does say on their website 20/25 working days, the will include 4/5 weekends in that, but if this is the case then I wouldn’t let a day go past this.

There is something wrong when direct customers are basically sh#t on and I fully understand your annoyance, this is a serious blot on dji , I don’t think they expected to sell as many of these, but even so they should always consider those who buy direct from them, or one day they’ll turn around and there will be nobody there anymore .

Amen to that Hallmark007. They seem to drag their feet and don't care to do it either. They've got their money and that's what seems to be most important to them. Or at least to me.

yup just like they did with the first wave of Mini's that went out Nov 11th

I noticed the 'test' payment on my card is actually gone now.  

So I am okay with the wait since I haven't been charged yet.

My FMC has finally shipped. Ordered directly through DJI on 11/01. Got shipping notice yesterday 11/26. Now it’s all up to FedEx!!! Can’t hardly wait!!!

You’d think for my age, I wouldn’t get that excited over something like this, but ever since I bought a tello, I’ve wanted something a little better, eyed the more expensive Mavics and drooled. Then along came the mini!! I hope everyone had gotten at least half as excited over this as I have!!!

I agree .... i was just as excited to get my Mini as i was for my inspire 2, Mavic 2 Pro ,Air and the spark.

At this rate, I likely won't see mine until the new year at best. bummer...

I'm sorry killertek, ordering from DJI direct for the mini has been an experience for me to say the least!! I dare say I won't order anything that they have just released anymore. I'll just wait till it's available at a retailer, LOL!'
