I have DJI smart controller linked with Mavic 2 Pro. I am trying to connect it to my Windows PC and it does not seem to work. DJI Assistant 2 does not recognize it. When USB is connected to the PC, the smart controller has the option to "transfer file" which seems to do nothing. I can't even find any information on the manual. Have anyone figured out how to connect it to PC? Thank you!

Are you using the DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic? I used it with an iMac and it recognizes it. I just had difficulties transferring files directly to my iMac, but could not.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 to see if the problem persists? Yea I am using DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic and using the original USB cable, but still does not work.
Is there a separate driver that I have to install?

Hi did you get this fixed? I have the same problem only time I saw the controller in the assistant 2 was just before I updated it.

I had to D/L and install 3 different versions of DJI Assistant for the PC. this is the one i used to connect my SC: V2.0.10 find it here V2.0.10
I launch this executable: DJI+Assistant+2+For+Mavic+2.0.10 once it's 100% up i plug in the ALREADY powered on SC. Connects every time for me...

Same issue. Any solutions in the past 10 months??

Same here, can't get photos from the controller to PC. DJI assistant does nothing. Jeez so simple on my anafi.

i have the Matrice 300 rtk controller and i cannot get it recognised either with dji assistant or with terra any ideas gratefully accepted?

There is an article by Paul Posea on how to connect the Smart Controller to the PC, see if you can find it, I think it was done last year.
