[size=11.375px]Hello, After a sleep of 2 months at 50% of my 3 batteries of MV2 Pro, two flights yesterday and today : one of the 3 batteries behaves normally for reloading, but no longer communicates with the drone: 0 indication on the battery tab into DJI GO ! My batteries have between 23 and 33 charges.

Try leaving the battery on the charger for 24 hours.

Hi, I am sorry to know that your DJI Mavic 2 Pro is having issue with the battery. For the battery concern, are you getting an error message when the battery is connected? I would recommend to please try to do a firmware refresh while the said battery is connected. I thought DJI warranty on batteries was 6 months?
