the dji fly app not working (installing) on my huawei ph on android version 9.

no error message, just installing  then it stop ,and says app not installed
my ph is Huawei y6 pro

hi, I had no phone problems  with DJI GO 4 app with mavic pro  ,when It first came out.

in play store it doesn't show up in selection ,so   I only used your version on this web site .

thanks . need help asap , or have to return back to store

Sorry to keep you waiting, we have verified with our engineers that DJI Fly APP has high requirements for mobile devices (such as high CPU, higher OS version) in order to get a better flight experience and a more stable image transmission effect.
It is recommended to use the mobile phone in our compatibility list for better performance, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have the Pixel 2XL and still it does not work with the RC. Can not connect with RC.
Other phones work. The Pixel2XL is a good phone and on the list but still doesn't work wit the RC.
Why???

I have a Samsung Galaxy A10. DJI Fly App will not install. I get the same message as user "fox mx" above did in their screenshot. Phone stats:

OS:            Android 9.0 (Pie)
Chipset:    Exynos 7884 (14 nm)
CPU:         Octa-core (2x1.6 GHz Cortex-A73 & 6x1.35 GHz Cortex-A53)
GPU:          Mali-G71 MP2

I don't see why it would be prohibitive for the app to work on a phone like this. Also, I hope it's easy returning the DJI Mini, because without a working app the drone is of no use to me.

DJI , you need to step up with your lame  customer service .inform in what steps you taking to resolve this issue with fly app not been compatible with   Android devices  6.0 or above.

Hi all, DJI Fly requires Android 6.0 and above that supports 64-bit. It has higher requirements for mobile devices for a better flight experience and a more stable image transmission effect. Hi there, LG G6 is in the compatibility list, it should be working fine.
Did you try with another Micro USB cable?

Still will not connect, keep showing RC not connected to mobil

I am a Xiaomi Mi 8 user (entered in the device list). dji fly application can be installed but there are some menus not available. Options for 'quick shot' are missing, camera settings and video recording are also missing. I already used the updated firmware. I can't choose HD / 2.7K or framerate. What's the solution?

The app won't work on my Samsung galaxy S10+. At downloading it freezes on the white screen.

DJI Fly app has been down for several weeks after Android 10 update!  Just a white screen and the phone freezes!  (Samsung galaxy s10 +)

Fly app is not working reliably on an LG G6 phone either. Android 8.0 is installed It takes about 50 tries to connect to Mini controller. New cable did not help.

Wont connect to my Lg G6 phone regularly. Connects about 1 time in 100 tries.

Just received my drone after 6 weeks of waiting and turns out it can't work with a S10+ anyway?  I'm based in Australia.  Do I need to return this or what? Dissapointing!

Hi all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For phones with an Exynos processor developed by Samsung, the DJI Fly app cannot be run normally. This issue is caused by the incompatibility between the DJI Fly app and the Android 10 operating system run by the Samsung phones (Exynos). We have already worked on this issue with Samsung, and have figured out the cause of this issue. We will fix this issue in the next version of the DJI Fly app in late January, appreciate your patience.

Mine seem to be fine untill yesterday, last time it worked untill i had an update from samsung, so it might not be all dji fault, still not happy having to wait till the end of January though,so till the i got a £500 door stop.

unfortunately we have to wait for DJI to address the problem when the new version of app. I have S10+ also.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble caused, any chance to try with another non-Android 10 beta phone to activate the drone? Did you already purchase DJI Care Refresh? DJI Care Refresh can be purchased before the activation or within 48 hours after the activation.

Hi, I have a Samsung j7 Prime and when I start installing the DJI FLY APP it stops, and it doesn't finish installing. What is the problem? please help!!!

Literally the APP does not appear in my Play Store, I had to search the DJI WEB, to download it, very strange indeed

Dji fly loads but when I try to load the map it appears for 1 second then disappears and says no network connection.

Tried reinstalling
Tried wifi off/on
Tried mobile data only. Still nothing

Hi everyone,

I'm running dji mini fly app on a Xiaomi Redmi 8 and everything works fine, apart from one small issue in the editor. I can't share/export the edited video, when "generating video" starts,it jumps back to the editor.
When tried "share" icon again, editor ends to black screen.
If any one knows a possible solution, advice would be much appreciated.

I am old enough to remember the seagate hard drive disaster. They were number 1 in hard drives and their reputation was first class. A few months of ignoring customer issues and they were virtually wiped out. It takes a long timeto build a reputation but only a very short time to lose it. DJI had better lift their game. I personally have no problems and think the MM is great, but DJI must react quickly and stop saying try a new phone.
