Just a curiosity, I noticed that one of the 8 propellersmounted on the Mini is slightly folded (as seen from the photos)

where there was the black tape that held them together in the package.


With the first flight I did not notice any problems,

it is not broken, but it has only that small fold, in your opinion I can leave it mounted or it is necessary already to change it ?

Never fly with a damaged propeller its not worth the risk.  Always check your props before each flight too.

But it seems to be ok, it is not broken, only slightly folded...
maybe it is better to replace it..

I don't know if I would fly with them or not. If you got the fly more combo, you could change them out and then maybe contact DJI since they were that way out of the box.

Replace it, that fold could become a failure point when it spinning at 5000rpms.  And if it fails the AC will fall from the sky.

ok better to replace it, but at this point I would like to know if I can receive a few new ones directly from DJI, since I did not fold it, but it was folded by the black tape  put in the folders during packaging.
Can I receive a couple of new ones for free, since in the shop are also out of stock ?

I have the normal edition, there are still two spare parts I think. but at this point, since the problem is a factory defect, I wanted to know if then I can also receive a couple for free as a replacement of those folded during packaging

Can't say for sure if they'll replace them, but I would try. Go to their support page and start a chat with them and see. All they can say is no. But I don't see why they would.

I would change it’s going to create some vibration, but return it to dji let them pay postage or let them just send you a replacement.

That slight kink is going to create vibrations regardless if you cant see it. i would change it out and contact DJI

All you can do is try to get DJI to replace them. I would not think they would want you to send back everything just for a prop?

absolutely and i'll never make that mistake again.  watching a bent rotor go flying off like a helicopter and you quickly remember you saw that "problem" when you inspected before takeoff just a few minutes ago.  the drone struggles for 2 seconds to stay airborne and then goes into a dive (from 50 feet)...it makes the worse sound, too.
