Hello!

I had to change the Wi-Fi module and the main board,
which I bought through Amazon,
turned on my osmo + connected to my phone and then
updated to the latest version, at the end I was asked to
"Activate" my device, but when trying Doing so throws me the
following error


Activation Failed (Failed to verify SN. Restate DJI GO).
Contact DJI support if the problem persists after restart

they insist that I must send my osmo to their facilities so they can check it

Mine is doing the same thing, is there any fix yet?

that problem comes when you swap main board or lens module.
the drone or osmo came paired

the mainboard and lens module have to be the same always, you can replace everything, but when you dismatch this parts, it appears the activation error,

for example if you buy a drone and put a brand new gimbal because you crashed, you have to put off the camera and put in the new gimbal, the problem its solved,

if not, another alternative its to use LITCHI app, no more DJI app problems! haha
