Hi,
Yesterday I powered up my M2P and it would connect to the controller, but the DJI GO 4 app wouldn't recognise the connection.  It would show the M2P in the main screen for a brief moment and then it would change to showing a Phantom 4, try to connect, but fail.

All the software is up to date, and it was working fine last time I flew the drone a week ago.

Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, how (if at all) did you resolve the issue?

i should add that I have tried updating the firmware on the aircraft using DJI Assistant, and reset the phone and reinstalled the DJI GO4 app, but this hasn't resolved the issue.

Hi I am sorry for the trouble that your DJI Mavic 2 Pro has caused. Since a firmware refresh has been done on the drone. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4, please make sure to back up your DJI Go files and sync you flight records before you do this step. since we won't be able to recover any files if there are not backed up. In addition. Please a try another compatible device to isolate the issue. I have posted a link ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads ) for the compatible devices. Hi, there. Sorry for the trouble you've encountered. Could you tell us the model of phone you're using now? Please provide us with the following information.
1. The firmware version of DJI Go 4
2. The firmware version of Mavic 2 pro
3. A Screenshot of the error recognization
