Having trouble with a car rig set up using the Ronin-S. The DJI Universal Mount doesn't seem to get any power from the V-Mounts (IDX brand) we are using via the LEMO to D-Tap cable connected to the DC-IN port. Neither DC-In Ports work. The V-Mounts are at 100% battery life but in the DJI Ronin App it says 0%. It last for about 10 seconds then dies.


Has anyone experienced this before?

Did you test a different V-Mount Battery?
Did you measure the output voltage of the V-Mount Battery?

I was curious about this too ( haven't made a setup like this yet - just ordered the Universal Mount),
because the Universal Mount is marked with an input of  "13 - 17 V / 5 - 10 A"
So what happens if the V-Mount Battery goes below 13V ?
